| New Name, New Look, Same Dedicated Team
As noted in the last several newsletters, Bolo Systems has been acquired by WellPoint Systems Inc. (TSXV: WPS), a publicly traded Canadian company that develops integrated back office software and services that manage upstream, midstream and financial operations for oil and gas companies.
The BOLO software will continue to be developed, supported and managed by the same team that you have become familiar with. The most significant changes are associated with the name. As a company, we will officially be referred to as WellPoint Systems Inc. As a product, we will be called BOLO by WellPoint Systems. With the new name comes a new look including a fresh, new website ( www.bolosystems.com) and new email addresses.
We look forward to seeing you at the 2008 BOLO User Conference in Austin!

| JIBLink
BOLO recently developed a JIB detail export interface to JIBLink. JIBLink is website created by Red Dog Systems Inc. to exchange Joint Interest Billing (JIB) data between oil and gas companies. The purpose of the website is to automate the redundant process of coding and keying Joint Interest Billing information. JIBLink reduces the effort and increases the efficiency of managing JIBs, saving both the operators and partners time and money. Contact your Service Delivery Manager for more information.
Asset Tracking
Numerous new reports have been added to the Asset Tracking Module. They include Master File Reports, Balance Forward Reports and Asset Inventory Reports.
BOLO is enhancing the Texas Severance Tax module to meet the new requirements. This will be available in May 2008.
View/Send to Hold
The order of the "Send to Hold" and "View" buttons have been swapped on all applications. This will enable you to get to the view one stroke faster. |

June 18-20, 2008
This year's BOLO User Conference will be held June 18-20 in Austin, Texas at the Sheraton Austin Hotel. Please note the date change from previous newsletters. Conference details and registration forms are available online.
The golf tournament will be held on June 18th at Barton Creek Resort's Fazio Foothills Course. Registration forms for the golf tournament are also available online.

 Getting to Know Lucia Lockhart
Continuing with our regular column, Customer Care Corner, this quarter we feature Lucia Lockhart. Lucia has been with BOLO for close to two years. She started as the Front Desk Administrator and was promoted to Junior Client Support Specialist in January. Lucia came to BOLO with 15 years experience in the hotel industry.
When not at work, Lucia enjoys spending time with her family. That includes dressing up with her daughter Sarah, playing video games with her son, Jonathan, hanging out with her sister, nieces and nephews, and breakfast with her Grandparents. |

Online Training Classes
BOLO offers a variety of training options to help you and your employees make the most of your software. Quick one to two hour online instructor-led sessions can be taken from the comfort of your own office. Here is what one of our clients had to say about BOLO online training:

Tips & Tricks
Do you know how to change the number of records to appear in an advanced search?
Advanced searches allow users to query the database based on selection criteria.
Advanced searches are performed by:
- Typing in "??" in a look up field or clicking the right button on your mouse and selecting "Advanced Search"
- Entering selection criteria
- Clicking on the "OK" button
By default, the system loads 200 records at a time. You can go to the "Actions" menu and select "Load all" to load all records that meet the selection criteria.
To increase the number of records that are initially loaded using the GWClient:
- Go to the "Edit" menu
- Select "Preference"
- Click on the "Misc" tab and change the initial load size and incremental load size
In the BOLO UI:
- Go to the "Edit" menu
- Select "Preferences"
- Click on the "Searches" tab and change the initial load size and incremental load size

| NAPE Expo
Several staff members from the BOLO team attended the NAPE Expo, February 7-8 in Houston, TX. It was a great opportunity for us to visit with several of our clients as well as numerous new prospects. Joining the BOLO staff was Lucie Atamian representing IDEAS by WellPoint Systems, an international solution for oil and gas operations.
Media Event
BOLO hosted a wine tasting event for local Houston area media on January 30th at the Tasting Room in Uptown. Representatives from the BOLO Executive team and Frank Stanford, CEO of WellPoint Systems, met with Editors, Publishers and Business Development staff from Hart's E&P, Oil and Gas Investor, World Oil and Oil & Gas Financial Journal. The objective of the event was for BOLO to gain more exposure with the Houston media. After a short presentation about who BOLO is, why WellPoint Systems acquired BOLO and what this acquisition means to the marketplace, guests enjoyed tasting some fine wines.
BOLO Gives Back
During the month of February, members of the BOLO team made donations to Restoration Point in Waveland, MS. Restoration Point and Camp Salvage have teamed up to rebuild 10 houses that were destroyed during Hurricane Katrina. Because of the generosity of volunteers and donors like those at BOLO, 10 families will have a place to call home. BOLO was made aware of this need from a client who lives in Waveland and works for Helis Oil & Gas Company | |
